WHAT WE KNOW

We hold the following convictions:

Firstly, there is a distinction between being busy and being fruitful. Most parishes are busy, yet few yield lasting fruit.

Secondly, many priests face challenges as leaders because they attempt to lead without relying on God. Few have successfully integrated spirituality with their leadership roles. However, God desires for priests to do all things "through Him, with Him, and in Him."

Lastly, at the wedding of Cana, Mary advised, "Do whatever he tells you." Imagine the Church's transformation if every priest led by truly listening and following "whatever he tells you."
