1. We believe that priests are "in persona Christi Capitis." We believe this is the core of every priest's identity.

2. We believe God takes 100% responsibility for ideas that are 100% his.

3. We believe priests are called to both live and lead with God. 

4. We believe how we live influences whether or not we live with God.

5. We believe docility in all things requires intentional receptivity.

6. We believe “narrow” and deep are more fruitful than wide and “surficial.”

7. We believe there is a “Peter” inside Simon and a saint in every priest.

8. We believe great hospitality disposes one to maximum receptivity.
