WHAT WE SEE

 

Our experience with priests has taught us three things.

​

1. First, every priest is doing the best he can with the gifts he has and the training he received. However, the challenges facing us today are bigger that most gifts and training.

2. Second, as leaders, many pastors have responsibilities outside their natural skill set. Many may even find themselves living a priesthood different from what “they signed up for.”

3. Third, there is no sustainable renewal of the Church without the renewal of the priesthood.
