The Ministry for Priestly Support offers the Spiritual Exercises of Saint Ignatius of Loyola in the full 30-day retreat format.

ACCOMMODATIONS

2026: Each retreatant receives exclusive access to a privately owned apartment in Assisi, Italy.

2027 & 2028: Each retreatant receives exclusive access to a privately owned beach house for the duration of their stay on the island.

MEALS​

Retreatants are responsible for their own meals as part of rediscovering the art of living and the joy of cooking.
REQUIREMENTS
-
Priest retreatants should be ordained for at least three years, although exceptions can be made through mutual discernment.

Generally, the Ministry for Priestly Support does not work with seminarians.

Retreatants must have previously completed participation in two eight-day silent, individually directed retreats.

Retreatants must testify to the consistency of their daily holy hour, specifically the daily ease of 60 minutes of Scripture-based relational prayer.

Retreatants must be open to Ignatian contemplation, also known as imaginative prayer.

An interview via Zoom, letters of referral, and a letter from one’s bishop are required for the application.
