FRIENDRAISING DINNER PARTIES

The Ministry for Priestly Support is interested in teaming up with our friends and mission partners who would be interested in hosting a dinner party on our behalf. Here's the idea: We cast the vision. Your friends hear great news. And we eat well!

WHAT DOES A TYPICAL DINNER PARTY LOOK LIKE?

  • Early afternoon: Our team arrives at your home, or a host home, to finalize preparations for dinner.

  • 6 pm: Guests arrive at host location.

  • 6-6:30 pm: Cocktails and appetizers.

  • 6:30-7:30 pm: Dinner

  • 7:30-8:15 pm: Just as we serve coffee and dessert, Fr. Mark casts the vision for the ministry to priests. He'll emcee conversation. Things wrap up around 8:30 pm.

  • 8:30 pm: Hosts and guests are free to depart.

WHAT ARE HOSTS RESPONSIBLE FOR?

  • Discern which of your friends would like to learn more about the Ministry for Priestly Support.

  • Discern host location: either your home or the home of a friend.

  • Invite prospective guests and manage RSVP.

  • Our goal is to host 10 people per event, including hosts.

WHAT WE PROVIDE

  • We provide the food, drinks, and wine.

  • We have a team of chefs who will handle all food preparation.

  • We have a team of people on site for continuous cleaning, plating, and serving.
