FRIENDRAISING DINNER PARTIES
The Ministry for Priestly Support is interested in teaming up with our friends and mission partners who would be interested in hosting a dinner party on our behalf. Here's the idea: We cast the vision. Your friends hear great news. And we eat well!

WHAT DOES A TYPICAL DINNER PARTY LOOK LIKE?

-
Early afternoon: Our team arrives at your home, or a host home, to finalize preparations for dinner.
-
6 pm: Guests arrive at host location.
-
6-6:30 pm: Cocktails and appetizers.
-
6:30-7:30 pm: Dinner
-
7:30-8:15 pm: Just as we serve coffee and dessert, Fr. Mark casts the vision for the ministry to priests. He'll emcee conversation. Things wrap up around 8:30 pm.
-
8:30 pm: Hosts and guests are free to depart.

WHAT ARE HOSTS RESPONSIBLE FOR?

-
Discern which of your friends would like to learn more about the Ministry for Priestly Support.
-
Discern host location: either your home or the home of a friend.
-
Invite prospective guests and manage RSVP.
-
Our goal is to host 10 people per event, including hosts.
